If you selected the electric charging badge option when you booked your car, a welcome pack will be given to you at the Avis rental station. This includes:
- Your Plugsurfing pass/key
- A welcome letter that will explain how to activate your pass
If you did not select the electric charging badge option at the time of booking, you can still purchase your Plugsurfing electric badge at an Avis location before your departure.
The Plugsurfing mobile application: all the charging stations in the palm of your hand
To use your Plugsurfing pass, you will need to download the Plugsurfing app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The Plugsurfing mobile app features:
- A clear and intuitive interactive map that allows you to quickly find the charging stations around you.
- Powerful filters: Compatibility with the Plugsurfing Pass, recharge speed or type of connector: simplify your view thanks to the many filtering options
- Ultra-detailed sheets for each charging area with essential data for any electric car driver (power of the terminals, type of plugs, image of the location where the terminals are located
- Planning of your trips with the presence of the available terminals during your trip.
