Terms and Conditions
- (1) 10% discount on the basic public rental rate (composed of a daily and/or mileage package), excluding supplements, options, upgrades, additional protection, insurance and all costs related to driving the vehicle (damage, fuel etc). Discounts are only applicable on rentals of Avis brand vehicles in mainland France (excluding Corsica), and excluding franchised agencies. You can benefit from up to 10% discount on rentals at franchised rental stations in France and at all stations outside France located within the European zone. Offers cannot be combined and subject to presentation of the necessary proof of eligibility (park ticket in the name of the driver, the date of the ticket must be included in the rental period), limited to a simultaneous rental contract.
- (2) Guests of 4- and 5-star Disneyland® Paris hotels with a scheduled rental departure from the Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy station agency outside its opening hours will be able to obtain the keys to their vehicle as well as their rental contract directly with the concierge of their Disneyland® Paris hotel.
- (3) 15% discount for holders of an Infinity or Magic Plus Annual Pass, 10% discount for holders of a Discovery or Magic Flex Annual Pass on the basic public rental rate (composed of a daily and/or mileage), excluding supplements, options, upgrades, additional protection, insurance and all costs related to driving the vehicle (damage, fuel, etc.) for car rentals in mainland France (excluding Corsica), and outside rental station franchisees. Up to 10% discount for holders of an Annual Pass on the basic public rental rate (composed of a daily and/or mileage package), excluding supplements, options, upgrades, additional protection, insurance and all costs related to driving the vehicle (damage, fuel, etc.) for rentals in franchised rental stations in France and in all rental stations outside France but within the European zone. Offers cannot be combined and subject to presentation of the necessary proof of eligibility (Annual Pass corresponding to the offer, in the name of the driver and valid at the time of rental), limited to a simultaneous rental contract.
- (4) Holders of a Disneyland Paris Infinity Annual Pass can benefit from an option offered within the framework of a scheduled rental with departure from the Avis agency at Marne-La-Vallée-Chessy station, among the following options and subject to availability: additional driver, travel assistant, baby or child seat.
- (5) Holders of a Disneyland® Paris Magic Plus Annual Pass are upgraded to Avis Preferred Plus status in the Avis Preferred loyalty programme. Holders of a Disneyland® Paris Infinity Annual Pass are upgraded to President's Club status in the Avis Preferred loyalty programme.
